सर्व साधारण जनतेला सावधान करण्यात येते कि माझे पक्षकार श्री नारायण कृष्णराव चांदेकर व त्यांचे भाऊ हे कार्पो. घर नं. ८८१, ज्याचे शिट क्र. १९९, न.भु.क्र. ५०१, वार्ड नं. ४७, नांदबाची डोब, गांजाखेत चौक, ज्याचे एकुण क्षेत्रफळ ४८६ चौ.मि. आहे. चे संयुक्त मालक आहे. परंतु सदरहू घरा मधील ९६२ चौ. फूटाची जागा बद्दल श्री गजानन लक्ष्मण खापरे यांनी धोक्याने रजीस्ट्री करून घेतली आहे. ती रजिस्ट्री रद्द करण्याकरिता माझ्या पक्षकारांनी दिवाणी न्यायालय नागपूर येथे SPL C.S. NO. 260/2025 असा दावा दाखल केला आहे. आणि तो न्यायालय समक्ष प्रलंबीत आहे. म्हणून श्री गजानन लक्ष्मण खापरे वरील जागा विकण्याचा प्रयत्न करीत आहे. तरी सर्वांना सावधान करण्यात येते की त्यांच्याशी वरील संपत्ती बद्दल कोणताही व्यवहार करू नये. जर केल्यास आपल्यास नुकसानी बद्दल स्वतः जवाबदार राहतील.
