तमाम जनतेस व सर्व संबंधितास या जाहिर प्रगटना द्वारे सुचित करण्यात येते की, खालील परिशिष्टात नमुद मिळकतीचे मालक प्रेरणा नामदेव मिसाळ यांचे कथनानुसार सदरील मिळकत ही निर्विवाद व दोषमुक्त असुन त्यावर कोणाचाही कसल्याही प्रकारचा बोजा, कर्ज, दान, लिज, बक्षिस, दिवाणी दावा, महसुली दावा इसारपावती व कसल्याही प्रकारचा हक्क व हितसंबंध नाही. तरी सदरील वक्तव्यास अधीन राहुन आमचे पक्षकारांनी खालील परिशिष्ट नमुद मिळकतीचे मालकी हक्का बाबत शोध घेणे कामी प्रस्तुत प्रगटन देत आहोत.
तरी तमाम जनतेस व सर्वे संबंधितास सुचित करण्यात येते की, कोणाचाही वर नमूद पैकी किंवा इतर कसलाही हक्क किंवा हितसंबंध परिशिष्टात नमुद मिळकतीबाबत असल्यास त्यांनी त्यांचा उजर आक्षेप हे प्रगटन प्रसिध्दपासून 7 दिवसांच्या आंत योग्य त्या मुळ कागदपत्रासह आमच्या कार्यालय खालील नमुद पत्यावर नोंदवावा, मुदतीत कोणाचाही उजर / आक्षेप प्राप्त ना झाल्यास सदरील मिळकत ही निर्दोष असे समजुन आमचे पक्षकार खरेदी-विक्रीचा व्यवहार पूर्ण करतील. मुदतीनंतर येणारे उजर / आक्षेप हे विचारात घेतले जाणार नाही. व त्या आमचे पक्षकारावर बंधनकारक राहणार नाही. याची नोंद घ्यावी. पिरिशिष्ट (मौजे तुर्काबाद खराडी ता. गंगापुर जि. छत्रपती संभाजीनगर येथील गट क्र. 305 मधील एकूण क्षेत्र 8 हेक्टर 49 आर, पोटखराब 6 आर पैकी 40 आर जमीन)

It is hereby notified to all the public and all concerned that as per the statement of Prerna Namdev Misal, the owner of the said property in the following appendix, the said property is undisputed and free from any kind of burden, loan, donation, lease, prize, civil claim, revenue claim. No acknowledgment and no right or interest of any kind. However, subject to the above statement, our parties hereby submit the following annexed sample declaration to enable them to find out about the ownership rights of the income.
