तमाम लोकांना व वित्तीय संस्थांना या जाहीर नोटिसीद्वारे कळविण्यात येते की, मिळकतीचे वर्णन तुकडी व जिल्हा कोल्हापूर पोटतुकडी तहसील करवीर मे. दुय्यम निबंधकसो, करवीर यांचे अधिकार क्षेत्रातील शहर कोल्हापूर महानगरपालिका हद्दीतील 'बी' वॉर्ड येथील सि.स.नं. १८२५ याचे एकूण क्षेत्र १६०.५० चौ. मी. यावर बांधलेल्या लकडे चेंबर्स या इमारतीमधील बेसमेंट फ्लोअरवरील गोडावून युनिट नं. ३ याचे क्षेत्र ४०.४१ चौ. मी. बिल्टअप ही संपूर्ण गोडावून युनिट मिळकत यांसी चतुःसीमा: पूर्वेस गोडावून नं. १ ची मिळकत, पश्चिमेस सि.स.नं. १८२६ व १८३८बी ची मिळकत, दक्षिणेस - बेसमेंट नं. २ व जिना, उत्तरेस - सरकारी रस्ता. येणेप्रमाणे चतुःसीमेतील मिळकत ही गीताबेन खिमजी पटेल व निलेश खिमजी पटेल, रा. ७३९ /अ, प्लॉट नं. ३/७ एफ१, श्रीकृष्ण कॉलनी, संभाजीनगर स्टैंडसमोर, कोल्हापूर यांचे मालकी व कब्जेवहिवाटीची आहे. सदर मिळकत मालक यांचेकडून आमचे अशील वर नमूद केलेली मिळकत कायमखुश खरेदी घेणार आहेत. त्याबाबत मिळकत मालकांनी आमच्या अशिलांच्याबरोबर रितसर नोटरी संचकारपत्र करून संचकारादाखल भरीव रक्कम स्वीकारली आहे. वर नमूद मिळकत निर्वेध, निष्कर्जी व बोजाविरहित असल्याचा निर्वाळा मिळकत मालकांनी माझे अशिलांना दिला आहे, तथापि वर नमूद मिळकतीवर कोणाचाही कसलाही बोजा, गहाण, दान, हक्क, हितसंबंध अथवा अधिकार असलेस त्यांनी ही नोटीस प्रसिद्ध झालेपासून ७ (सात) दिवसांच्या आत योग्य त्या कागदपत्रांसह तशी खात्री पटवून द्यावी. मुदतीत कोणाचीही तक्रार न आल्यास वर नमूद मिळकतीवर कोणाचाही कसलाही बोजा, गहाण, दान, हक्क, हितसंबंध अथवा अधिकार नाही असे समजून माझे अशील तबदिलीचा व्यवहार पूर्ण करतील. मुदतीनंतर कोणाचीही तक्रार विचारात घेतली जाणार नाही. म्हणून दिली जाहीर नोटीस आज मुक्काम कोल्हापूर, दिनांक २४/०५/२०२५ सही - अॅड. असावरी महेश जोशी ११ / ८१, 'ई' वॉर्ड, शास्त्रीनगर, कोल्हापूर. मो. . ९१५८२६२७२७.
