सर्व लोकांचे माहितीकरिता जाहीर नोटीस देणेत येते की,
शहर कोल्हापूर महानगरपालिका हद्दीतील 'सी' वॉर्ड, भाऊसिंगजी रोड, नालबंद वाडा, गुजरी कॉर्नर येथील सि. स. नं. ७१ एकूण क्षेत्र ३६.८० चौ. मी. या क्षेत्राची जागा व त्यामधील जुनी पडझड झालेली घर इमारत ही श्री. महिबूब हारूण मुजावर, रा. सि. स. नं. ७१, 'सी' वॉर्ड, कोल्हापूर यांचे मालकी व कब्जा वहिवाटीची असून ती त्यांनी आमचे अशिलांना संचकार करारपत्राचे आधारे रक्कम स्वीकारून खरेदी देणेचे ठरवले असून सदरची मिळकत निर्वेध, निष्कर्जी व बोजाविरहित आहे, याची हमी दिली आहे. यासी चतुःसीमा पूर्वेस - कोल्हापूर महानगरपालिका रस्ता, पश्चिमेस -श्री. पाटील यांची मिळकत, दक्षिणेस श्री. शिंदे सराफ यांची मिळकत, उत्तरेस मुजावर यांची मिळकत.

तथापि, सदर ३६.८० चौ. मी. जागा व त्यामधील पडझड झालेल्या घर इमारतीवर जर कोणा व्यक्ती किंवा बँक / वित्तीस संस्था यांचे कर्ज, बोजा, जप्ती, करारपत्र, दावा, पोटगी किंवा कब्जा, वहिवाट अगर अन्य कोणत्याही प्रकारचे हक्क, अधिकार, वाद प्रलंबित असल्यास त्यांनी ७ दिवसांत कागदपत्रांसह भेटून खात्री करून देणेत यावी. मुदतीत कोणाची तक्रार न आल्यास सदरची मिळकत निर्वेध, निष्कर्जी व बोजाविरहित आहे, असे समजून आमचे अशील खरेदीचा व्यवहार पूर्ण करतील आणि त्यानंतर कोणाची तक्रार आल्यास ती आमचे अशिलांचे सदर मिळकत खरेदी घेणेचे हक्कावर बंधनकारक राहणार नाही. म्हणून दिली जाहीर नोटीस.

Public notice is hereby given for the information of all the public that,
'C' Ward, Bhausingji Road, Nalband Wada, Gujri Corner in City Kolhapur Municipal Corporation. S. No. 71 Total Area 36.80 Sq. I. The site of this area and the old dilapidated house building in it is Shri. Mahiboob Haroon Mujawar, Res. C. S. No. 71, 'C' Ward, Kolhapur is owned and occupied and it has been decided to purchase the same to our client on the basis of management agreement and has guaranteed that the said income is unencumbered, idle and free of encumbrances. Yasi Chathu Seema East – Kolhapur Municipal Corporation Road, West – Shri. Patil's income, in the south Mr. Income of Shinde Saraf, Income of North Mujawar.

However, the said 36.80 Sq. I. If there is any loan, encumbrance, seizure, deed, claim, alimony or possession, possession or any other kind of rights, rights, disputes pending against any person or bank / financial institution on the site and the collapsed house building within it, they should meet and confirm with the documents within 7 days. If no one complains within the time limit, our Ashils will complete the purchase transaction assuming that the said income is unencumbered, passive and unencumbered, and if any complaint is received thereafter, it will not be binding on the right of our Ashils to purchase the said income. Hence the public notice given.
