तमाम लोकांना, बँकांना व वित्तीय संस्थांना या जाहीर नोटिसीने कळविणेत येते की, मिळकतीचे वर्णन जिल्हा कोल्हापूर, तहसील करवीर, मे. दुय्यम निबंधकसो, करवीर यांचे अधिकार क्षेत्रातील निगवे दुमाला, ता. करवीर, जि. कोल्हापूर येथील भूमापन गट नं. २४७ /अ, क्षेत्र हे ०.३५.०० आर. या मिळकतीमध्ये रहिवासी कारणाकरिता पाडणेत येत असलेल्या बिगरशेती प्लॉट्सपैकी प्लॉट नं. १७, याचे एकूण क्षेत्र १०६.७८ चौ.मी. ही संपूर्ण खुली बिगरशेती प्लॉट मिळकत यासी चतुःसीमा पूर्वेस प्लॉट नं. १८ ची मिळकत, पश्चिमेस प्लॉट नं. १६ ची मिळकत, दक्षिणेस गट नं. २४७ /ब ची मिळकत व उत्तरेस ६ मीटर रुंदीचा रस्ता येणेप्रमाणेची मिळकत ही श्री. अमृत पांडुरंग पाटील, रा. शिंगणापूर, ता. करवीर, जि. कोल्हापूर यांचे मालकी व प्रत्यक्ष कब्जेवहिवाटीची असून, सदर मिळकत मालकांनी वर नमूद मिळकत आमचे अशिलांना कायम खुषखरेदी देणेचे निश्चित करून संचकारादाखल भरीव रक्कम स्वीकारून संचकारपत्र लिहून दिलेले आहे.

उपरोक्त मिळकत मालक यांनी सदर मिळकत ही पूर्णपणे निर्वेध, निष्कर्जी व बोजाविरहित असलेचा निर्वाळा व हमी आमचे अशिलांना दिलेली आहे. तरीही, सदर मिळकतीवर कोणाचाही मालकी, कर्ज, बोजा, गहाण, दान, कूळ, इजमेंट, वारसा इ. स्वरूपाचा वा कोणत्याही प्रकारचा हक्क, हितसंबंध अथवा अधिकार असलेस आजपासून पंधरा (१५) दिवसांत योग्य त्या अस्सल कागदपत्रांनिशी खालील पत्यावर आमची प्रत्यक्ष भेट घेऊन खात्री पटवून द्यावी. अन्यथा सदर मिळकत निर्वेध, निष्कर्जी व बोजाविरहित आहे असे समजून तसेच सदर मिळकत खरेदीबाबत कोणाचीही, कोणतीही हरकत अगर तक्रार नाही, असे समजून आमचे अशील खरेदीचा व्यवहार पूर्ण करतील. मुदतीनंतर आलेली कोणतीही तक्रार अगर हरकत आमचे अशिलांचे हक्कांवर व सदर मिळकतीवर बंधनकारक राहणार नाही. म्हणून दिली जाहीर नोटीस. कोल्हापूर, ता. २९/०५/२०२५.

All the public, banks and financial institutions are informed by this public notice that the description of income in District Kolhapur, Tehsil Karveer, May. Nigve Dumala in the jurisdiction of the secondary registrar, Karveer, t. Karveer, Dist. Kolhapur Land Survey Group No. 247 /A, area is 0.35.00 Rs. Among the non-agricultural plots being demolished for residential purposes in this income, plot no. 17, its total area is 106.78 sq.m. This entire open non-agricultural plot is situated east of Yasi Chathusima plot no. Income of 18, west of plot no. Income of 16, South Group no. 247/B income and 6 meters wide road to the north is the income of Shri. Amrit Pandurang Patil, Res. Shingnapur, Karveer, Dist. Kolhapur is owned and directly occupied, and the owners of the said income have decided to give the above-mentioned income to our tenants permanently and have accepted a substantial amount under the trusteeship.

The owner of the aforesaid property has given a clear and guaranteed to our clients that the said property is completely free, idle and free of encumbrances. However, no ownership, debt, encumbrance, mortgage, donation, descent, easement, inheritance, etc. can be made over the said income. If there is any kind of right, interest or right in nature, it should be confirmed within fifteen (15) days from today by meeting us in person at the following address with the appropriate authentic documents. Otherwise, we will complete the purchase transaction assuming that the said income is free, idle and free of burden and that there is no objection or complaint from anyone regarding the purchase of the said income.
