आम जनतेस सूचित करण्यात येते कि, माझे पक्षकार श्री मंगेश वसंतराव गुडधे यांनी श्री लक्ष्मणराव रामाजी आकरे, रा. मु. पिल्कापार, पो. सालई गोधनी, तह. जि. नागपूर यांच्या कडून त्याच्या मालकी व कब्जातील खालील वर्णनाची स्थावर मालमत्ता खरेदी करण्याचा सौदा केलेला आहे.
:: स्थावर मालमत्तेचे वर्णन ::
खास मौजा- हुडकेश्वर (बु.), प.ह.नं. ३७, ग्रामपंचायत नरसाळा, वार्ड नं. ४, तह. जि. नागपूर येथील खसरा नं. १० पार्ट, यात बेघर मित्र गृहनिर्माण सहकारी संस्था मर्या. नागपूर या संस्थेनी पाडलेल्या लेआउट मधील प्लॉट नं. ४८ याचे एकुण क्षेत्रफळ १८८१.५० चौ. फुट (१७४.८९ चौ. मीटर) आहे. याची चर्तुः सिमा पूर्वेस प्लॉट नं. ४९, पश्चिमेस २० फुट रुंदीचा रोड, उत्तरेस- २० फुट रूंदीचा रोड, दक्षिणेस प्लॉट नं. ४७.
तरी उपरोक्त स्थावर मालमत्ते वर कोणत्याही व्यक्तीचा, संस्थेचा, बँकेचा, कोणत्याही प्रकारचा हक्क, संबंध, उजर, गहाण, बक्षिस, हस्तांतरण, विक्री, करारनामा, आक्षेप असल्यास किंवा कुठल्याही न्यायालयीन कार्यवाहीत न्याय प्रविष्ठ असल्यास ही जाहीर सूचना प्रसिध्दी झाल्या पासून ०७ दिवसांचे आत संपूर्ण लेखी मुळ कागद पत्रासहीत खालील पत्यावर प्रत्यक्ष संपर्क साधावा. मुदतीनंतर माझे पक्षकार विक्रीपत्रा संबंधी व्यवहार पुर्ण करून घेतील. त्यानंतर कोणत्याही प्रकारचा आक्षेप / उजर माझे पक्षकारावर लागू व बंधनकारक राहणार नाही. याची नोंद घ्यावी.

It is hereby informed to the public that my party Shri Mangesh Vasantrao Guddhe, Shri Laxmanrao Ramaji Akre, Res. Mr. Pilkapar, P.O. Salai Godhni, Tah. Dist. Nagpur has entered into an agreement to purchase immovable property of the following description in his ownership and occupation.
:: Description of Real Estate ::
Khas Mouja- Hudkeshwar (B.), P.H.No. 37, Gram Panchayat Narsala, Ward no. 4, Tah. Dist. Khasra No. of Nagpur. 10 parts, including Beghar Mitra Housing Co-op. Plot No. in layout demolished by the organization Nagpur 48 Its total area is 1881.50 Sq. ft. (174.89 Sq. Meters). Plot no. 49, 20 feet wide road on the west, 20 feet wide road on the north, Plot no. 47.
However, if any person, institution, bank, has any kind of right, relationship, interest, mortgage, prize, transfer, sale, contract, objection, or if there is justice involved in any court proceedings, they should directly contact the following address with complete written original documents within 07 days from the publication of this public notice. After the deadline, my parties will complete the sale deed transactions. After that, any kind of objection / appeal will not be applicable and binding on the party. Take note of this.
