आम जनतेस सुचित करण्यात येते की, माझे पक्षकार यांनी श्री. वसंत गोविंदराव बकाल, रा. साईबाबा कॉलनी, तह. कामठी, जि. नागपूर यांचेकडून त्यांचे मालकी व कब्जातील खालील वर्णनीत स्थावर मालमत्ता विकत घेण्याचा सौदा केलेला आहे. -: स्थावर मालमत्तेचे वर्णन :- ना.सु.प्र. व म.न.पा.च्या हद्दीतील मौजा - दाभा, प.ह.नं. ७, तह. व जि. नागपूर, सिटी सर्व्हे क्र. ९, शिट क्र. ३२, तह. व जि. नागपूर येथील खसरा नं. १० व ११ मधील दंदे लेआऊट / मालिक मकबुजा २००८ साली मंजुर झालेल्या गुंठेवारी अभिन्यासातील प्लॉट क्र. २०७, याचे एकूण क्षेत्रफळ नासुप्रच्या नियमितीकरणानुसार १, ४९८.३४४० चौ. मी. आहे.
वरील मालमत्तेबाबत कुणाचे हक्क, अधिकार, कर्ज, बोझा, बक्षिस दावा वारसान हक्क. न्यायालयीन वाद असल्यास ही जाहीर सुचना प्रकाशित झाल्यापासून ७ दिवसांचे आंत लेखी कागदोपत्री पुराव्यासह भेटावे. मुदतीनंतर आमचे पक्षकार विक्रीपत्र करून घेतील. त्यानंतर कुणाचाही दावा माझ्या पक्षकारावर बंधनकारक राहणार नाही, याची नोंद घ्यावी.

Who's rights, rights, debts, encumbrances, reward claims, inheritance rights in respect of the above property. In case of legal dispute, it should be met with written documentary evidence within 7 days from the publication of this public notice. After the deadline our parties will get the sale deed. After that, it should be noted that no one's claim will be binding on my party.
