आम जनतेस सुचित करण्यात येते की, माझे पक्षकार यांनी श्री. भगतराम रावलदास मोटवानी, रा. प्लॉट नं. ८८, के. के. नगर, जरिपटका, नागपूर, जि. नागपूर यांच्या मालकी व कब्जातील खालील वर्णनाचा प्लॉट विकत घेण्याचा टोकन करारनामा माझे पक्षकार यांनी केला आहे. तरी निम्नलिखित प्लॉट वर कोणत्याही व्यक्तीचा, संस्थेचा, बँकेचा, सरकारी व निमसरकारी संस्थेचा कोणत्याही प्रकारचा हक्क, संबंध, उजर, गहाण, बक्षिस, हस्तांतरण, आक्षेप, असल्यास किंवा हा प्लाट कुठल्याही न्यायालयीन कार्यवाहीत न्यायप्रविष्ठ असल्यास ही सुचना प्रकाशित झाल्याच्या ७ (सात) दिवसाचा आत लेखी कागदोपत्री पुराव्यासह समक्ष भेटावे किंवा लेखी कळवावे. मुदतीनंतर माझे पक्षकार विक्रीपत्र नोंदणी करुन घेतील. त्यानंतर या प्लॉट बाबत कोणाचाही कोणत्याही प्रकारचा उजर ऐकला जाणार नाही व माझे पक्षकारावर बंधनकारक राहणार नाही.

It is advised to our people that my party Mr. Bhagatram Rawaldas Motwani, Res. Plot no. 88, K. K. Nagar, Jaripatka, Nagpur, Dist. My party has entered into a token agreement to purchase a plot of the following description owned and occupied at Nagpur. However, if any person, organization, bank, government and semi-government organization has any kind of right, relationship, mortgage, reward, transfer, objection, or if this plot is involved in any court proceedings, it should meet or inform in writing with written documentary evidence within 7 (seven) days of publication of this notice. After the deadline, my parties will register the sale deed. After that, no one's complaint will be heard regarding this plot and I will not be bound to the party.
