आम जनतेस सुचित करण्यात येत आहे कि, माझे पक्षकार यांनी श्री दामोधर गुलाब मोहोड व इतर २, रा. कळंबी, जि. नागपुर यांचे मालकीची खालील स्थावर मालमत्ता खरेदी करण्याचा टोकन करार केलेला आहे.
: स्थावर मालमलेचे वर्णन
ग्राम पंचायत नांदा (रिठी) हद्दीतील मौजा नांदा (रिठी), प.ह.नं. २५, तह. कळमेश्वर जि. नागपुर येथील खसरा नं. ४७, भो. वर्ग १, एकुण आराजी १.९८ हे. आर पैकी उत्तर दक्षिण विभागणी करून पूर्वेकडील आराजी ०.८१ हे. आर भो. वर्ग १, सर्व हक्क अधिकारासह. सदर मालकांनी माझे पक्षकारास असे आश्वस्त केले आहे कि तेच ह्या मालमत्तेचे मालक असून त्यांना सदर मालमत्ते संदर्भात सर्व हक्क व अधिकार प्राप्त आहेत. तरी आम जनतेस या नोटीस द्वारे सुचित करण्यात येत आहे कि, या स्थावर मालमत्तेवर कुठलीही व्यक्ति, संस्था, बैंक, वित्तीय संस्थेस व इतर कोणासही कुठल्याही प्रकारचा वाद, अधिकार, प्रभार, बक्षिस, करार, आममुखत्यार, स्थगनादेश न्यायालयीन वाद वा इतर कुठल्याही प्रकारचा आक्षेप असल्यास ही सुचना प्रकाशीत झाल्याचे ७ दिवसाचे आंत खालील पत्यावर मुळ कागदपत्रासह हजर होउन लेखी आक्षेप दर्ज करावा. या अवधीत कुठलाही उजर आक्षेप न आल्यास असे उजर आक्षेप नसल्याचे गृहीत धरून माझे पक्षकार करारनामा / विक्रीपत्र नोंदणी करून घेतील. त्यानंतर कुठल्याही प्रकारचा आक्षेप उजर माझे पक्षकारावर बंधनकारक राहणार नाही. कृपया संबंधीतांनी नोंद घ्यावी.

It is being informed to our people that my party Mr. Damodhar Gulab Mohod and 2 others, Res. Kalambi, Dist. A token agreement has been entered into to purchase the following immovable property owned by Nagpur.
: Description of immovable property
Mauja Nanda (Rithi) in Gram Panchayat Nanda (Rithi) limits, P.H.No. 25, treaty. Kalameshwar Distt. Khasra No. of Nagpur. 47, Bho. Class 1, Total Araj 1.98 Ha. By dividing north south out of R, the eastern area is 0.81 ha. R Bho. Class 1, all rights reserved. The said owners have assured my party that they are the owners of the property and have all rights and rights in respect of the said property. However, the general public is advised through this notice that if any person, organization, bank, financial institution and anyone else has any kind of dispute, right, charge, award, contract, attorney general, stay order, court dispute or any other kind of objection to this immovable property, they should appear and file a written objection with the original document at the following address within 7 days of the publication of this notice. If no objection is raised within this period, my parties will register the agreement / sale deed assuming no objection. After that, any kind of objection raised by me will not be binding on the party. Concerned please take note.
