आम जनतेस सूचित करण्यात येते की आमचे पक्षकार, श्री कैलाश सत्यनारायण अग्रवाल, राहणार २०७, दी हेरीटेज, एमएलए होस्टल जवळ, सिव्हिल लाईन्स नागपुर यांच्या मालकीची खालील स्थावर मालमत्ता खरेदी करण्यास इच्छुक आहेत. मालमत्तेचे वर्णन मौजा आमडी, प.ह.नं. २३, तह. पाराशिवनी, जि. नागपुर येथील खसरा नं. ३०२ / १, आराजी २.१५.०० हे.आर.चौ.मी., जमा रू. ७.३० आहे. सद मालकानी आमचे पक्षकारास आश्वस्त केले आहे कि त्यांचे व्यतिरिक्त इतर कुणाचेही सदर मालमत्तेवर कुठलेही हक्क अधिकार नाही. तरी जर कोणतेही व्यक्ती, संस्था, बँक, वित्तीय संस्था, क्रेडीट सोसायटी इत्यादींचे वरील मालमत्तेवर हक, अधिकार, गहाण, मालकी वगैरे असल्यास किंवा वरील व्यवहारा वर आक्षेप असल्यास अशा व्यक्ती, संस्था, बँक, क्रेडीट सोसायटी इत्यादींनी संबंधित कागद पत्रांसह खालील पत्यावर ही जाहीर सूचना प्रकाशित झाल्याचे ७ दिवसाचे आत भेटावे किंवा लेखी कळवावे. नाही तर त्यांनी आपले हक्क हक, अधिकार, आक्षेप इत्यादी सोडून दिलेले आहे असे गृहीत धरून माझे पक्षकार वरील मालमत्ते संबंधीचे व्यवहार करून घेतील व त्यानंतर कुणाचेही उजर आक्षेप ऐकुन घेतले जाणार नाही. याची कृपया नोंद घ्यावी.

The owner has assured our party that no one other than him has any right to the said property. However, if any person, institution, bank, financial institution, credit society, etc. has rights, rights, mortgage, ownership, etc., on the above property or if there is any objection to the above transaction, such person, institution, bank, credit society, etc. should meet with the relevant documents at the following address within 7 days of publication of this public notice or inform in writing.
