आम जनतेस सुचित करण्यात येते की माझे पक्षकार यांनी श्री. नरेन्द्र आनंदराव झाडे, राह. घर न. ५२३. इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स मार्केट, तेलीपुरा, सिताबर्डी, नागपूर यांच्या मालकी हक्कांतील व कब्जातील खालीत वर्णनाची स्थावर मालमत्ता विकत घेण्याचा करारनामा केलेला आहे. त्या मालमत्तेचे वर्णन खातील प्रमाणे,

An agreement has been entered into to purchase the below described immovable property in ownership and occupation of Electronics Market, Telipura, Sitabardi, Nagpur. As described in the description of that property,

And District Nagpur Measles no. 65 In this, plot no. in the layout laid by Khobragade Housing Society 53 and its length is 3050 and its total area is 1500 sq. ft. (139.354 sq.m.) City Land Survey no. 290 Shit no. 386/43, Corporation House No. 3183 / 53 Ward no. Plot no. 38, West Road, North Plot No. 52, south plot no. 54. However, if anyone has any kind of right, relation, lien, lien, prize, contract or any other right in respect of the above mentioned property, he should register his objection with documentary evidence within seven days from the date of publication of this public notice at the following address. If the objection is not filed within the time limit, my party will get the sale deed registered and no objections will be entertained thereafter. Take note of this.
