मुळ विक्रीपत्र हरविल्याबद्दल
आम जनतेस सूचित करण्यात येते की, माझे पक्षकार आर संदेश इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर प्रायव्हेट लिमीटेड तर्फे संचालक दिलीप प्रल्हादराव अग्रवाल, ऑफिस- प्लॉट नं. १३५, मोहता निकुंज, कॅनल रोड, रामदासपेठ, नागपूर यांनी श्री राजेश रामगोपाल तिवारी यांच्या कडून दुय्यम निबंधक कार्यालय हिंगणा नागपूर येथून दिनांक १७/०९/२०१८ रोजी दस्त क्र. ३९६१/२०१८ अन्वये विक्रीपत्राद्वारे प्लॉट खरेदी केले आहे. परंतु श्री राजेश रामगोपाल तिवारी यांनी चैतन्य गृह निर्माण सहकारी संस्था मर्यादित हिंगणा यांच्या कडून दुय्यम निबंधक कार्यालय हिंगणा नागपूर येथून दिनांक २१/१०/२००८ रोजी दस्त क्र. ६१६४ अन्वये खरेदी केलेले मुळ विक्रीपत्र माझे पक्षकार यांच्या कडून कोठेतरी गहाळ झालेले आहे. त्याबद्दलची तक्रार पोलीस स्टेशन सिताबर्डी नागपूर येथे दि. २५/६/२०२५ रोजी नोंदविण्यात आलेली असून त्याचा मिसिंग नं. ११३६ / २०२५ आहे.
तरी या स्थावर मालमतेचे मुळ विक्रीपत्र कोणत्याही व्यक्तीस आढळल्यास / सापडल्यास खालील पत्यावर किंवा माझे पक्षकार यांच्या पत्यावर आणून देण्याची कृपा करावी. व मालमत्ते बाबत कोणाचाही कोणत्याही प्रकारचा हक्क, संबंध, अधिकार गहाण, सावकार, बँक, यांचे कर्ज असल्यास किंवा या स्थावर मालमत्तेबाबत उपरोक्त उल्लेखीत मुळ विक्रीपत्राचा आधारे कोणत्याही प्रकारचा व्यवहार झालेला असल्यास ही सूचना प्रकाशित झालेल्या तारखेपासून ०७ दिवसाचे आत लेखी कागदोपत्री पुराव्यासह समक्ष भेटावे किंवा लेखी कळवावे. मुदती नंतर या मालमत्ते बाबत कोणाचाही कुठल्याही प्रकारचा उत्तर ऐकल्या जाणार नाही.

मौजा वानाडोंगरी, प.ह.नं. ४५, तह. हिंगणा, जिल्हा नागपूर येथील खसरा नं. २७१/१/२७२/२/२२/२३, यामध्ये पाडलेल्या लेआउट मधील प्लॉट नं. १२ क्षेत्र १५०.०० चौ. मीटर (९६१४.५९ चौ. फुट), प्लॉट नं. २३ क्षेत्रफळ २३६. २५ ची. मीटर (२५४०.०० चौ.फुट), दोन्ही प्लॉटचे एकुण क्षेत्रफळ ३८६.१५ चौ. मीटर (४९५७.५९ चौ. फुट), परनं. १२२७९, वार्ड नं. ६ आहे.

It is hereby notified to the general public that, on behalf of my party R Sandesh Infrastructure Private Limited, Director Dilip Pralhadrao Aggarwal, Office- Plot no. 135, Mohta Nikunj, Canal Road, Ramdaspeth, Nagpur from Shri Rajesh Ramgopal Tiwari from Sub Registrar Office Hingana Nagpur dated 17/09/2018 Dast No. 3961/2018 purchased the plot through sale deed. But Mr. Rajesh Ramgopal Tiwari from Chaitanya Griha Nirman Cooperative Society Limited Hingana from Secondary Registrar Office Hingana Nagpur dated 21/10/2008 Dast no. The original sale deed purchased u/s 6164 is missing somewhere from my party. A complaint about it was lodged at Police Station Sitabardi Nagpur. It has been registered on 25/6/2025 and its missing no. 1136 / 2025 is.
However, if any person finds the original sale deed of this immovable property, kindly bring it to the address below or to the address of my party. And if anyone has any kind of right, relationship, rights, mortgage, moneylender, bank, loan or any kind of transaction based on the original sale deed mentioned above regarding this property, then within 07 days from the date of publication of this notice, meet in person with written documentary evidence or inform in writing. No reply will be heard from anyone regarding this property after the deadline.
