आम जनतेस सूचित करण्यात येते कि, माझे पक्षकार श्री अश्वजित प्रकाश लोखंडे, रा. सुरगांव, ता. कुही, जि. नागपूर यांनी श्रीमती शशिकला मारोतराव साळवे, रा. जवाहर नगर, प्लॉट नं. २८४, मानेवाडा गल्ली नं. १, नागपूर यांच्या कडून त्यांच्या मालकी व कब्जातील खालील वर्णनाची स्थावर मालमत्ता खरेदी करण्याचा टोकन बयाना केलेला आहे.
-: स्थावर मालमत्तेचे वर्णन :- खास मौजा- बहादूरा, प.ह.नं. ३५, नगर पंचायत बहादूरा, तहसिल नागपूर ग्रामिण, जिल्हा नागपूर येथील खसरा क्र. १८/२ मधील प्लॉट नं. ४४, याचे एकुण क्षेत्रफळ ९२.९० चौ. मीटर (१००० चौ. फुट) आहे. याची चर्तुः सिमा पूर्वेस- प्लॉट नं. ४५, पश्चिमेस प्लॉट नं. ४३, उत्तरेस- २५ फुट रोड, दक्षिणेस प्लॉट नं. १५.
तरी उपरोक्त स्थावर मालमत्ते वर कोणत्याही व्यक्तीचा, संस्थेचा, बँकेचा, कोणत्याही प्रकारचा हक्क, संबंध, उजर, गहाण, बक्षिस, हस्तांतरण, विक्री, करारनामा, आक्षेप असल्यास किंवा कुठल्याही न्यायालयीन कार्यवाहीत न्याय प्रविष्ठ असल्यास ही जाहीर सूचना प्रसिध्दी झाल्यापासून ०७ दिवसांचे आत संपूर्ण लेखी मुळ कागद पत्रासहीत खालील पत्यावर प्रत्यक्ष संपर्क साधावा. मुदतीनंतर माझे पक्षकार विक्रीपत्र करून घेतील व त्यानंतर कोणत्याही प्रकारचा आक्षेप / उजर माझे पक्षकारावर लागू व बंधन कारक राहणार नाही. नागपूर, दि. १८.०६.२०१५

We are informed to the people that my party Shri Ashwajit Prakash Lokhande, Res. Surgaon, Kuhi, Dist. Nagpur Mrs. Sasikala Marotrao Salve, Res. Jawahar Nagar, Plot no. 284, Manewada Galli no. 1, Nagpur has executed a token of purchase of immovable property of the following description in his ownership and possession.
-: Description of immovable property :- Khas Mauja- Bahadura, P.H.No. 35, Nagar Panchayat Bahadura, Tehsil Nagpur Rural, District Nagpur of Khasra no. 18/2 in plot no. 44, its total area is 92.90 sq. meters (1000 sq. ft.). Chart of: Sima East- Plot no. 45, west plot no. 43, North- 25 Foot Road, South Plot no. 15.
However, if any person, organization, bank, any kind of right, relation, interest, mortgage, prize, transfer, sale, contract, objection or any judicial proceeding has any kind of right, relationship, agreement, objection or if there is justice involved in any court proceedings, within 07 days from the publication of this public notice, please contact the following address directly along with the complete written original documents.
