तमाम लोकांना विशेषतः मौजे मुंढे, ता. कराड, जि. सातारा या गावाचे व पंचक्रोशीतील व परिसरातील तमाम जनतेस आमचे अशिलांनी दिलेल्या माहिती व अधिकारावरून अॅड. श्री. अमित चंद्रकांत लाड रा. शास्त्रीनगर, कालीदास मार्केटमागे मलकापूर, ता. कराड, जि. सातारा ४१५५३९ मो. नं. ९०२१७९६१०७ यांचेकडून या जाहीर नोटीसीने कळविण्यात येते ते पुढीलप्रमाणेः तुकडी व जि. प. सातारा पोट तुकडी व पं.स व तालुका कराड पैकी मौजे मुंढे येथील व मौजे मुंढे ग्रामपंचायत हद्दीतील जमीन भु. क्र. / गट क्र. १८४ क्षेत्र हे २३ आर पो. ख. ० है ०१ आर आकार २ रु. ७५ पैसे वा पैकी ० है ०५.७५ आर जमीन विद्यमान मालक सुमन दादाराव जगताप यांची मालकी कब्जेवाहिवाटीची व ०. ०५.७५ आर जमीन विद्यमान मालक बाळू दगडू सावंत यांनी मालकी कब्जे वहीवाटीची व ०. ०२.८७ आर जमीन विद्यमान मालक मच्छिंद्र दत्तात्रय सावंत व एकनाथ दत्तात्रय सावंत व अनुसवा दत्तात्रय सावंत यांची सामाईक मालकी कब्जे वहीवाटीची आहे. अशी एकूण ० हे १४.३७ आर जमीन वासी चतुःसीमा पूर्वेस गट नं. १८३ मधील अशोक माळी व इतर यांची मिळकत दक्षिणेस. न. म. गट नं. १८४ मधील मच्छिंद्र दत्तात्रय सावंत व २ यांची मिळकत व | त्यामधील सामाईक १५ फुटी रस्ता पश्चिमेस गट नं. १८५ मधील आनंदराव लक्ष्मण घोडके व इतर यांची मिळकत उत्तरेस गट नं. १८६ मधील अनिल अलपट वाघमारे व अनिल सुर्वे वगैरे यांची मिळकत येणेप्रमाणे चतुःसीमा पूर्वक मिळकत विद्यमान | गालकांनी आमचे अशिलांना खुशखरेदी देण्याचे ठरवुन खरेदीपत्राचे साठेखत करून विसार रक्कम स्विकारली आहे व ते सदरील जमिन मिळकतीचे कायम व खुषखरेदीपत्र लिहून देणार आहेत. सदरील जमीन मिळकत निर्वेध, निजोखमी, निष्कर्जी, बोजारहीत असलेबाबत विद्यमान मालकांनी आमचे अशिलांना खात्री व भरवसा दिला आहे. त्याप्रमाणे आमचे अशील सदर जमिन खरेदी करणार आहेत. तरी सदर मिळकतीशी अन्य कोणाचाही कुठल्याही प्रकारचे करार खरेदीखत, वहीवाट, कुळ, साठेखत, विकसन करारनामा, कुलमुखत्यारपत्र, विसारपावती, गहाणखत, दान, बक्षीस, पोटगी, अदलाबदलपत्र, मृत्यूपत्र, जप्ती, दावा वगैरे हक्क, हितसंबंध अगर ताबा असल्यास त्यांनी सदरनी नोटीस प्रसिध्द झाल्यापासून ८ दिवसांचे आत वरील पत्त्यावर कागदोपत्री पुराव्यानिशी समक्ष येऊन आमची खात्री पटवून द्यावी अन्यथा सदर मिळकतीवर इतर कोणायाही कुठल्याही प्रकारचा हक्क, हितसंबंध नाहीत व असल्यास ते त्यांनी जाणीवपूर्वक सोडून दिले आहेत, असे समजून आमचे अशील खरेदीचा पुढील व्यवहार पूर्ण करतील त्यानंतर कोणाचीही कसलीही तक्रार चालणार नाही. याची सर्व संबंधितांनी नोंद घ्यावी. दि. १७/०५/२०२५

No. / Group No. 184 area is 23 R Po. b. 0 Hai 01 R Size 2 Rs. 05.75 R of 75 paise or land is owned by the current owner Suman Dadarao Jagtap and 0. 05.75 R Land is owned by the current owner Balu Dagdu Sawant and 0. 02.87 R land is jointly owned by the present owners Machhindra Dattatray Sawant and Eknath Dattatray Sawant and Anusava Dattatray Sawant.
