ज्याअर्थी बँकेच्या अधिकृत अधिका-याने सरफेसी अधिनियम 2002 च्या कलम 13 (2) अन्वये डिमांड नोटीस जारी केली आहे आणि त्यांनतर सरफेसी अधिनियम 2002 च्या कलम 13 (12) अंतर्गत अधिका-याच्या वापरामध्ये कलम 13 (4) सरफेसी कायदा 2002 चा बँकेच्या ताब्यात घेतलेल्या | मालमत्ता ताब्यात घेतल्या आहे.
प्राधिकृत अधिका-याच्या क्षमतेनुसार अधोरेखित झालेल्या ई-लिलावाव्दारे सार्वजनिक मालमत्ता खाली विक्री करुन मालमत्ता खरेदीदारांकडून निविदा मागविल्या जाणा-या स्थावर मालमत्तेच्या "जसे आहे जिथे आहे " आणि " जे आहे ते आहे" या आधारावर खरेदीसाठी निविदा मागविल्या आहे.
