ज्याअर्थी ; दि सिक्युरिटायझेशन अॅन्ड रिकन्स्ट्रक्शन ऑफ फायनान्शिअल अॅसेटस् ॲन्ड एन्फोर्समेंट ऑफ सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट अॅक्ट २००२ (२००२ चा कायदा ५४) आणि उक्त कायद्याच्या कलम १३ (१२) अन्वये, तसेच उक्त नियमाच्या नियम ३ अन्वये प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करुन, दि कॉसमॉस को-ऑप. बँक लि., चे अधिकृत अधिकारी यांनी सदर कायद्याच्या २००२ अंतर्गत दि. १६.०७.२०२२ रोजीच्या मागणी नोटीसीच्या सदर अॅक्ट मध्ये नमूद केलेली रक्कम ₹५१,८८,८२१.५८ (₹ एक्कावन्न लाख अक्याऐंशी हजार आठशे एकवीस आणि पैसे अठ्ठावन्न फक्त) अधिक त्यावरील व्याज आणि आकार यांची उक्त नोटीस दिल्याच्या तारखेपासून ६० दिवसांच्या आत परतफेड करण्यासाठी कर्जदार मे. अद्वैत मिल्क अॅण्ड मिल्क ट्रान्सपोर्ट, प्रोप्रायटर सौ. पूजा अद्वैत देहाड्राय, राहणार : स.नं. ४/३, वेदांत मंगलम हॉलजवळ, कर्वेनगर, विठ्ठल मंदिरामागे, ता. हवेली, पुणे - ४११०५२. आणि सह-कर्जदार : सौ. वर्षा अरविंद धडफळे, फ्लॅट नं. जी - १, सत्यम शिवम, युनायटेड वेस्टर्न सोसायटी, स.नं. ४३ / ४२, प्लॉट नं. ३८, कर्वेनगर, नवसह्याद्री, पुणे- ४११०५२ या कर्जदारास उक्त कायद्यातील फर्मावणारी मागणी नोटीस दिलेली होती.
सदर रक्कमेची परतफेड करण्यास कर्जदार आणि सह-कर्जदार निष्फळ ठरले असून, याद्वारे कर्जदार, सह-कर्जदार, गहाणदार आणि सर्वसाधारण जनतेस असे सूचित करण्यात येते की, अधिकृत अधिकारी यांनी उक्त कायदयाच्या कलम १३ (४) नियम ८ अन्वये त्यांना प्रदान केलेल्या सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट अॅक्ट २००२ च्या अधिकारांचा वापर करुन, या नोटीशीत खाली वर्णन केलेल्या मिळकतीचा दि. १०/०१/२०२४ रोजी प्रतिकात्मक ताबा घेतलेला आहे. खासकरून कर्जदार, सह- कर्जदार, जामीनदार आणि सर्वसाधारण जनतेस, या नोटीशीद्वारे अशी ताकीद देण्यात येते की, त्यांनी सदर मालमत्तेसंदर्भात कोणतेही व्यवहार करु नयेत आणि यदाकदाचित या स्थावर मिळकतीसंदर्भात कोणीही कोणतेही व्यवहार केल्यास सदरचा व्यवहार रक्कम ₹५१,८८,८२१.५८ (₹ एक्कावन्न लाख अठ्ठयाऐंशी हजार आठशे एकवीस आणि पैसे अठ्ठावन्न फक्त) अधिक त्यावरील व्याज आणि आकार या करिता दि कॉसमॉस को-ऑप. बँक लि. च्या कर्जाच्या बोजासह असेल याची नोंद घ्यावी.
