(यापुढे "महोफिन" म्हणून संदर्भित) ही कंपनी अधिनियम, 1956 अंतर्गत स्थापित कंपनी आणि भारत सरकार, वित्तीय सेवा विभाग, वित्त मंत्रालय, नवी दिल्ली द्वारे जारी करण्यात आलेल्या दि. 18 डिसेंबर 2015 रोजीच्या अधिसूचना क्र. एस. ओ. 3466 (ई) सह वाचण्यात येणारया सिक्युरीटायझेशन अँड रिकन्स्ट्रक्शन ऑफ फायनॅन्शिअल अॅसेट्स अँड एनफोर्समेन्ट ऑफ सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट अॅक्ट, 2002 (यापुढे सदर अधिनियम असा उल्लेख करण्यात येईल ) मधील अनुच्छेद 2 च्या उप-विभाग (1) च्या कलम (एम) मधील उप-कलम (iv) मधील अर्थाने इतर बाबींसह बांधकाम करण्यासाठी आणि / किंवा निवासी युनिट्स खरेदी करण्यासाठी कर्ज देणारी वित्तीय संस्था असून यांचे प्राधिकृत अधिकारी यांनी ज्याअर्थी, खाली स्तंभ क्र. 2 मध्ये नमूद कर्जदार / सह- कर्जदारांनी महोफिन कडून कर्ज प्राप्त केले आणि ज्याअर्थी, महोफिन हे सर्फेसी अधिनियमांतर्गत सुरक्षित धनको आहेत आणि सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट (एनफोर्समेंट) रुल्स, 2002 मधील नियम 2 सह वाचण्यात येणारया सदर अधिनियमातील अनुच्छेद 13 (2) अंतर्गत बहाल करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करीत खाली नमूद कर्जदार / सह - कर्जदारांना मागणी सूचना पाठवली ज्यात सदर सूचनेच्या दिनांकापासून 60 दिवसांचे आत सदर सूचनेत नमूद रकमेची तीवरील व्याजासह परतफेड करण्याचे आवाहन करण्यात आले होते, परंतु, विविध कारणांमुळे त्यांच्यापैकी काहींवर सदर सूचना बजावता आल्या नाहीत. की, याशिवाय खाली नमूद सदर कर्जदारांना सूचित करण्यासाठी सदर जाहीर सूचनेद्वारे ही माहिती देण्यात येत आहे.

Namely, Manappuram Home Finance Ltd. having its registered office at IV / 470A (Old) W/638A (New), Manappuram House, Valapad, Thrissur, Kerala- 680567 and having branches at various places in India. (hereinafter referred to as "Mahofin") is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and issued by the Government of India, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, New Delhi vide vide Notification dated 18th December 2015 no. S. O. 3466 (e) read with Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) is a financial institution within the meaning of sub-section (iv) of clause (m) of sub-section (1) of Article 2 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) and is hereinafter authorized by the authorized officer of Hence, below column no. 2 The borrowers / co-borrowers mentioned in 2 received a loan from Mahofin and, to the effect that Mahofin is a secured creditor under the Surface Act and in exercise of the powers conferred under Article 13 (2) of the said Act read with Rule 2 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002, sent a demand notice to the undermentioned borrowers / co-borrowers within 60 days from the date of the said notice. Repayment of the said amount with interest on the same was called for, but due to various reasons, the said instructions could not be served on some of them. Therefore, the above-mentioned borrowers / co-borrowers are requested to pay the total amount due against the names of the above-mentioned borrowers / co-borrowers within 60 days from the date of publication of the said notice. If the concerned borrowers / co-borrowers do not pay the total outstanding amount with further interest, Mahofin will have to take steps under Sec. 13 (4) to take action on the aforesaid deposit vote, steps are being taken to issue notices through other means prescribed under the said Act and the rules made thereunder. You are hereby notified that you may redeem the said mortgage at any time prior to the date of public notice for transfer by sale by public auction or private negotiation as provided in section 13 (8) of the Surface Act by paying to Mahofin the entire outstanding amount together with costs and charges incurred.
