| ज्या अर्थी खालील सही करणारे वसुली व विक्री अधिकारी श्री. एस. व्ही तापकीर व्दारे सोमेश्वर महिला | ग्रामीण बिगरशेती सहकारी पतसंस्था लोणीकंद, ता. हवेली, जि. पुणे यांनी महाराष्ट्र सहकारी संख्या नियम १९६१ अन्वये दिनांक १४/०८/२०१८ रोजी कोर्टाच्या निकालानुसार संस्थेचे लवादी थकबाकीदार सौ. विद्या सागर सरवदे / श्री. सागर आप्पा सरवदे रा. मु.पो. लोणीकंद, ता. हवेली जि. पुणे यांना रक्कम रु. ४,०७,४२०/- (अक्षरी चार लाख सात हजार चारशे वीस रू. मात्र) ची मागणी नोटीस दिनांक २१/०८/२०१८ रोजी जारी केलेली आहे.
सौ. विद्या सागर सरवदे / श्री. सागर आप्पा सरवदे यांनी मागणी नोटीसीनुसार मिळालेल्या दिनांकापासून ऋणको यांनी कर्ज रक्कम परतफेड केलेली नसल्यामुळे वसुली व विक्री अधिकारी या नात्याने खाली नमूद | केलेली स्थावर मालमत्ता जप्ती आदेश नोटीस दिनांक २१/०१/२०२५ रोजी दिला असून सदरील नमूद | केलेली मालमत्ता जप्त करण्यात आली आहे.
