ज्या अर्थी खालील सही करणारे वसुली व विक्री अधिकारी श्री. एस. व्ही तापकीर व्दारे सोमेश्वर ग्रामीण | बिगरशेती सहकारी पतसंस्था लोणीकंद, ता. हवेली, जि. पुणे यांनी महाराष्ट्र सहकारी संख्या नियम १९६१ अन्वये दिनांक २०/०५/२००३ रोजी कोर्टाच्या निकालानुसार संस्थेचे लवादी थकबाकीदार श्री. | रामचंद्र सोपान वाघमारे रा डोंगरगाव, ता. हवेली जि. पुणे यांना रक्कम रु.७०,५२५/- ( अक्षरी सत्तर हजार पाचशे पंचवीस रू. मात्र) ची मागणी नोटीस दिनांक ०७/०७/२००३ रोजी जारी केलेली आहे. श्री रामचंद्र सोपान वाघमारे यांनी मागणी नोटीसीनुसार मिळालेल्या दिनांकापासून ऋणको यांनी कर्ज रक्कम परतफेड केलेली नसल्यामुळे वसुली व विक्री अधिकारी या नात्याने खाली नमूद केलेली स्थावर | मालमत्ता जप्ती आदेश नोटीस दिनांक २१/०१/२०२५ रोजी दिला असून सदरील नमूद केलेली मालमत्ता जप्त करण्यात आली आहे.
श्री. रामचंद्र सोपान वाघमारे व सर्व नागरिकांना या नोटीसीव्दारे कळविण्यात येते की, खाली नमूद | केलेल्या मालमत्तेचा प्रतिकात्मक ताबा महाराष्ट्र सहकारी संस्था १९६१ मधील नियम १०७ पोटनियम (११ (ड - १) नुसार दिनांक :- १५/२/२०२५ रोजी घेण्यात आलेला आहे. श्री रामचंद्र सोपान वाघमारे व सर्व नागरिकांना या नोटीसीव्दारे सावध करण्यात येते की, खालील नमूद केलेल्या मालमत्तेसंबंधी कोणताही व्यवहार हस्तांतर करू नये आणि कोणताही व्यवहार हस्तांतर केल्यास सोमेश्वर ग्रामीण बिगरशेती सहकारी पतसंस्था मर्या, लोणीकंद, ता. हवेली जि. पुणे. यांच्या बोजाची रक्कम व त्यावरील व्याज व इतर प्रासंगिक व शासकीय खर्च यांना अधीन रहावे लागेल.

Pune under the Maharashtra Co-operative Number Rules 1961 dated 20/05/2003 according to the judgment of the court, the arbitrator of the organization Sh. | Ramchandra Sopan Waghmare Ra Dongargaon, T. Haveli Dist. A demand notice dated 07/07/2003 has been issued to Pune for an amount of Rs.70,525/- (literally seventy thousand five hundred and twenty five rupees). Mr. Ramchandra Sopan Waghmare as Recovery and Sale Officer, the under mentioned immovable as the debtor has not repaid the loan amount since the date of receipt of the demand notice | Asset Forfeiture Order Notice dated 21/01/2025 has been issued and the said assets have been seized.
Mr. Ramchandra Sopan Waghmare and all citizens are hereby informed that the below mentioned | Symbolic possession of the said property has been taken as per Rule 107 Sub-rule (11 (D-1)) of Maharashtra Co-operative Society 1961 dated :- 15/2/2025.
