तमाम लोकांस या जाहीर नोटिसीने कळविण्यात येते की, खालील परिशिष्ठात नमूद केलेल्या | मिळकतीवर बांधलेल्या स्वाती सहकारी गृहरचना संस्था मर्या., ही गृहरचना संस्था असून, सदर सोसायटीचा | नोंदणी क्र. पीएनए / पीएनए (३)/एचएसजी / (टीसी) / ६३११ / २००३-२००४ दिनांक १५/०७/२००३ असा असून पत्ता स. नं. २८२, प्लॉट नं. २७, सिटीएस. नं. १३४१, तानाजीनगर, चिंचवड, पुणे - ४११०३३ असा आहे. सदर सोसायटीत एकूण १० फ्लॅट व ४ दुकाने आहेत. सदर फ्लॅट व दुकाने सदर सोसायटीच्या | सभासदांच्या ताबे वहिवाटीत आहेत. सदर सोसायटीची इमारत जीर्ण झाल्यामुळे सदर सोसायटीचे सभासद | एकत्रात येऊन सदर इमारतीचा पुनर्विकास करून नवीन इमारत बांधकाम करण्याचे ठरविले आहे. त्याकामी | सोसायटीतील सर्व सभासदांनी सोसायटीचे इमारतीचे पुनर्विकासाबाबत आमचे अशिलाबरोबर बोलणी चालू आहेत. सदर सोसायटीला पुनर्विकास करण्याचा हक्क व अधिकार आहे.

PNA / PNA (3) / HSG / (TC) / 6311 / 2003-2004 dated 15/07/2003 and the address is s. No. 282, Plot no. 27, CityS. No. 1341, Tanajinagar, Chinchwad, Pune - 411033. There are total 10 flats and 4 shops in the said society. The flats and shops of the said society Members are in possession. Due to dilapidation of the building of the said society, the members of the said society It has been decided to come together and redevelop the said building and construct a new building. That worker | We are in talks with Ashila regarding the redevelopment of the society building by all the members of the society. The said society has the right and authority to redevelop.
The said society has declared that the said income is free, risk-free, idle, unencumbered and marketable. Trust is given to our followers.
