ज्याअर्थी, अधोहस्ताक्षरितांनी मोतिलाल ओस्थाल होम फायनान्स लिमिटेड (पूर्वीची अस्पायर होम फायनान्स कॉर्पोरेशन लि. म्हणून ज्ञात) यांचे प्राधिकृत अधिकारी म्हणून, सीक्युरिटायझेशन अॅन्ड रिकन्स्ट्रक्शन ऑफ फायनान्शिअल असेट्स अॅन्ड एन्फोर्समेंट ऑफ सीक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट अॅक्ट २००२ (५४ /२००२) अनुसार व सीक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट (एन्फोर्समेंट) रूल्स, २००२ च्या नियम १३ (१२) सहवाचन नियम ३ अंतर्गत प्राप्त अधिकारान्वये खालील कर्जदारांना त्यांच्या नावासमोर निर्देशित तारखेस संबंधित खात्याअंतर्गत विहित रकमेचे प्रदान संबंधित सूचनेच्या तारखेपासून / सूचनेच्या प्राप्तीच्या तारखेपासून ६० दिवसांच्या आत करण्याचे निर्देश देणारी मागणी सूचना संबंधित तारखेस जारी केली आहे.
कर्जदारांनी सदर रकमेचा भरणा करण्यास कसूर केली असल्याने, सदर सूचना याद्वारे कर्जदारांना व आम जनतेस देण्यात येत आहे की, अधोहस्ताक्षरितांनी सदर कायद्याच्या सीक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट (एन्फोर्समेंट) रूल्स, अनुच्छेद १३(४) सहवाचन सदर नियमाच्या नियम ८ अंतर्गत त्यांना प्राप्त अधिकारान्वये खालील मालमत्तांचा खालील निर्देशित प्रत्येक खात्यासमोर निर्देशित तारखेस ताबा घेतला आहे.
